The Hmong Cancer Coalition is a group of representatives from community agencies, nonprofits, and health professionals committed to educating our community about their health care.
Our Vision
The Hmong Cancer Coalition’s vision is an empowered community of individuals and families taking control of their health care with access to knowledge and resources regarding cancer prevention, education, screening, treatment and survival.
Mission
Our mission is to eliminate disparities within the community by providing culturally and linguistically appropriate education; developing best practices with community members and oncology professionals; and ensuring access to information and resources for those facing a cancer diagnosis.
